Chicken processing class June 14th

This is a live, hands-on event, where we encourage questions, we want you to leave with a full understanding of the process. With this class you will learn how to take a live pasture raised broiler chicken into a packaged product for the freezer. 

Class includes:

-Humane poultry processing

-One whole packaged chicken to take home. (Bring a small cooler)

-learn how to process a whole chicken

-learn how piece out a whole chicken

-See the equipment we use and how you can accomplish on your own

-build the confidence to do it your self
